As a business developer for a local staffing company, I believe that childcare can be a barrier to people who would take jobs if they had convenient, affordable, trustworthy child care solutions. With the current shortage of workers it is important to remove as many barriers as possible for people who are wanting to work.

I hear people say no one wants to work anymore, when in reality we have a great workforce that is already working: but more would join them if childcare solutions were available.
