Childcare means that I can continue in my career. I love my job. And while I love my child more than I knew a human could love anything, it is important to me to continue being the woman I put so many years into becoming. I am fortunate to have a husband who also works to support our family. Maybe it is a luxury that I can maintain my job as well. But I also believe that my son will benefit from seeing both of his parents in careers they worked hard for and love.
